Premier Park site fine

I'm desperately seeking proper advice here
I paid for 3 hours parking at a Premier Park site, was 30 mins over an received a ticket for £100. I wrote and said that their charge was unreasonable and offered to pay a fair sum
they wrote back and said I had to pay the full amount but did not address the point in my letter which was that as i breached a contract, i was liable for damages... which i was willing to pay
the fee has now been passed to a debt collection agency, so my question is: do i stand a chance of having the potential CCJ against me declined if i defend myself through the courts?

There is no appeal process with these people. What you need to do now is ignore all correspondence from them and their so called debt collectors. Debt collectors are not bailiffs and have no power to do anything other than threaten.
There is more chance of hell freezing over than you going to court.
Oh, and don't send them any money, whether you think it is a "fair sum" or not.0
