  • My other thought on this is maybe have a

    Roll of honour for the people that have gone through Bankruptcy and been discharged as these are the people that as i understand it have had to stick to a budget untill the discharge and hopefully learnt from their mistakes?

    I think like mentioned above there is already a really good thread on bankruptcy in the bankruptcy club thread and its ongoing support for people facing up to this prospect.

    Likewise theres loads of threads supporting people trying to clear debts, but!! the roll of honour is for people that have succeeded ..

    .likewise i think that a thread on how people have rebuilt after bankruptcy/iva s would be the equivelent in terms of succeeding and would have the double effect of recognising success and also showing those still facing up to bankruptcy or iva s that life can get better and maybe help put some of the fears to bed.

    I really like the idea of calling it flight of the pheonix (new beginnings from the ashes etc)but thats probably just the arty chef side of me coming out :rotfl:
