USB Modem installs each time.

Hi,
I have got huawei USB modem and unlocked it to mobile partner software. (windows 7)
DO these USB modems installs software as well as DataCard_Setup.exe everytime you plug these into the PC?
If not, what should be done so that you plug-in the modem and click on mobile partner and connect?

They incorporate a simulated CD device that holds the software. You can uninstall that software and turn off autoplay on the simulated CD.
In fact you don't need any software other than the drivers for 3G dongles. If you check your network settings you will find a dialup connection that was created during the software setup and if you create a shortcut to that all you need to do is right click that and select connect (or just double click it).0 -
