Poor signage

Yesterday, I was clamped by a private clamping company in a business centre area. I have been parking there for a while. They provided all the relevant details to show they were regulated by SIA.However, the signage was not clear. It was extremely small and was so high up there is no way you would see it.
Any advice on what I should to do to appeal this?

You don't appeal.
You sue them and whoever contracted them to work there (site owner, agent maybe).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thanks for the fast response
however, how do you sue them? On what grounds? any advice step by step?0 -
If you paid by card, demand a chargeback from the bank, tell them that you were clamped illegally and you paid under extreme duress, don't take no for an answer, inform them that you will take it to the ombudsman if they refuse, I beleive it costs them a lot more than the clamp fee to go that route even if they win.
If you paid in cash or cheque etc, you need to sue them and landowner in the small claims, you need lots of pictures of signs, where you parked and so on, you will get better advice from https://www.pepipoo.com , they will explain the process for you, just create a new thread in the correct forum there.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
