I ordered 2 days ago too, and got a confirmation email but nothing else, called them today (as have other issues as they took double the amount) and they said it was deffo still being processed just because the sale was sooo big and such high demand, a lot of the processes and emails are slower than normal. HTH

it may be due to the fact that we are not affected by the snow?

I know we sometimes get some great bargains from Debenhams but *sigh* sometimes it can be frustrating!

My bargain Salt & Pepper set arrived very quickly, except it was just the pepper :mad:

My 2 keyrings were both on the invoice but only one in the packet.....

I probably spend more on phoning CS than I save on bargains!

mine says 'despatched' and tracking has it 'on the van for delivery' since 5am, yet still no parcel - would Hermes courier work this late? cant find any contact numbers gutted, waited in all day specially!
