    Thanks all

I have tried dry skin brushing in the past and really didn't get on with it :(

Have purchased some of the mini Flake Away and Clean On Me ( 3 for 2 and free giftbag at the mo!)

  • I have fine hair, and the best product I have found is Aveda Phomollient - expensive to buy (£12?) but last ages - I have had mine for 8 months, and have only used half of it (two or three times a week usage). Isn't sticky, doesn't make hair greasy, and gives good volume.

Took me ages to buy some because of the price, but would definitely buy again.

  • Another vote for Flake Away by Soap and Glory. For my fine hair I use TIGI superstar blow dry lotion, not sticky and really does the job I think it was about £11 but has lasted a year!
    :D
  • soap and glory the greatest scrub of all or flake away
    It's Britney !!!!!!:T
  • I recently bought a pair of those exfoliating gloves from boots: like these. I use them with my usual shower gel and I've noticed a difference in my upper arms (those pimply bits you mentioned) and my bottom and thighs. They only cost a couple of quid and as I use them as part of my normal showering I exfoliate every day rather than when I could remember to get the scrub out. (also useful if you've only got a few mins to do everything in the morning)

For volumising I'd recommend the blue coloured bottle volume range from John Freida, my hair is still bouncy the next morning rather than lank and sad - a first for me!!

    It's only a game

  • Bicarb (3kg for £2 from a wholesale cash and carry) and salt.
Used for face and body. My skin's never been so smooth, both in terms of goosebumps and flaky skin!
  • I use Body Shop Body Scrub (usually Wild Cherry/Sweet Lemon scent) or Flake Away by Soap & Glory!

oooh didnt know there was a name for the condition!

not sure,as they don't itch at all, just look unsightly and bit red sometimes

Have been using the Flake Away scrub and the Clean On Me Shower cream, and the skin is smoother :)

but will invest in some of the gloves too :)
