"Flake Away" by Soap and Glory is lovely to use. Good smell, not expensive, does the job and easy to wash off ( very important)
  • Bicarb - 2kg for £2.39 from my local Chinese cash and carry.

Absolutely tons of it, and my skin's never felt so good!

I like the Body Shop shea butter scrub, but it's quite expensive. I sometimes make my own by adding sugar or salt to aqueous cream.
  • weirdly - soap and glory clean on me shower gel, even though it's not scrubby, sorted out those bumps on my arms. Recommended to a friend who said the same

I like mitts. I got a pair from soap and glory for £4, and just use them with shower gel. You can put the pair of mitts on in the shower, give yourself a good scrub and then hang them up to dry.

I would also reccomend the mitt gloves as you can get a good scrub and then slather on the moisturiser after.
If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!
  • I saw on here a while ago that if you mix sugar with any moisturiser and rub it over your skin in the shower, you get the most amazingly soft skin
  • I have tried mixing sugar or salt with baby oil or olive oil and it leaves your skin feeling really gorgeous with no need to moisturise because the oil does it for you. Very cheap to make it too!
  • I found drinking water and dry skin brushing was the best for getting rid of dry skin and pimply bumps.
