That doesn't apply to my case as they agreed who I was and that I was telling them the truth when I moved in. Just didn't change the account over to me despite keep promising to. So in this case I don't have any sympathy.

As a whole though, I think as companies they are simply too big. That applies to all sorts of companies including supermarket chains.. but there lies another rant..
