I believe that there is a way as a seller to leave automatic feedback as soon as positive feedback has been left for you. DOes anyone know how to set this up?TIA Patch

I use selling manager pro but it only leaves feedback as soon as payment is made, it won't wait till pos feedback is left, that's handy but not quite perfect I'm afraid

wrong mate, you can select either to have feedback left either after payment is received OR after positive feedback is left.

select automation preferences from selling manager pro and it's there

I don't like being proved wrong but in this instance I'm delighted!!!I wonder if it's a recent change? - anyway - I've adjusted my automations and I'm so pleased to have been proved wrong :rotfl:
