Have £25 000 Not sure where best place to put it?

Hi, I'm thinking of trying to invest £25000 for a period of around a year, I wonder if anyone can recomend any high interest banks or saving accounts I could place it into I'm also willing to split the money into different accounts if that would help to get the most for my money please, Thanks
