Orange home service

I was checking my direct debits the other night and noticed i was being charged by orange for their home service. i rang them to ask why that was as i had cancelled it back in july. first of all the man on the phone said he could see that and would get some more info. he came back saying oh actually you didnt cancel it so we have still been charging you. they then told me that i have to pay a £29 fee for cancelling. i would have been fine paying this fee if they hadnt been charging me for 4 months at £24 per month!! i have been an orange customer since i was 16 starting with a pay as you mobile and most of my family are with orange too. i am very angry with them and wonder if there is anything ican do as they say i never cancelled the contract. i am pretty sure i did as i no longer live at the property i had the broadband at
