Thought it would nice to thank the lovely "Claire" and staff at Mackays Ltd who have had a terrible time with the weather up there in chilly Scotland.
After placing an order through Amazon Marketplace I sent an email asking where my goods were when it appeared to have been delayed. It was only then that the penny dropped that they were very much snowed in and got a very lovely email from Claire to explain the situation. I have to say I was little
that I hadnt thought about it a bit more and realised where they were based.
The day after (today) I received the delivery I had ordered but unfortunately they had sent the one 1/2 of the order incorrectly. I sent a quick email about returning the 1/2 that was wrong and to try and get the right ones sent. Before I got home I received a very lovely apology from Claire to tell me to enjoy the order I had received and they were sending the whole order again!! I have just logged onto my emails to see that they have already dispatched the replacement.
So thank you Mackays and I hope you have a quick thaw!
