Wheelchair Accessible Transfer from CDG to Disneyland Paris

Hi, have had a charity pay the cost of a holiday in march to disneyland, but have to book our own tranfer from CDG to Disneyland, but i am finding it impossible to find a company that takes wheelchairs! The son needs to travel in the chair and so needs and adapted taxi/bus. Any Idea? Also, does the train take wheelchairs and if so how far is the station from the sequna lodge hotel? Thanks
