Shame you never got them from Argos in the January sales as they were selling all their stock off at ridiculously cheap prices!!
Woolies always have 6ft ones that are in the sale or have some discount off them.
Car boot sales and charity shops have them also.
I found mine in the middle of the road!! Yes, I was off to the shops one day and there it was in the middle of the road, 7ft tall, a quick clean and it still serves me 4 years later!!! xxx0 -
I got one from Asda last year for £9.99, looked a bit cheap bare, but once it was decorated it looked nice - worth checking out though0

Sometimes woolies can have bargain ones!! We got our 7' one from their at bargain price, think it depends on the individual store tho and what they want to get rid of.
If ya have thrown the decs then try making some with the kiddies, special for them and spreads the cost as ya can buy new next year then instaed of having to get all new stuff in one year!!
And wanty, that's not very mse
I live in my own little world, but it's ok as everyone knows me here

I hate fake tree's with a vengance, for every single year of my life my mum put up this stupid fake, pretend off green thing.
You get a gorgeous smell in the house, a nice full bush (ooh errr misses
) and its real, and looks nicer.

I would love a real tree but not sure what the 5 cats might do up it :eek:Number 4 due 21st jan0 -
we had a fab one from b&Q for £15 looked almost real, think they may still do them...last year I wanted a real one so we got a gorgeous one from B&Q (hubby works there) for about £12...why not have a real one this year then get a bargain artificial in the jan sales!0

we've always had a real one for years & years, then last year the place where we normally buy it from, stopped selling them!
So we hit all the shops ran round like mad {the house was still being rebuilt at the time - extension} and got a whopping big 7ft super dupper one from B & Q, which should have been £100 and they's reduced them all to less than half price, it cost us £25 - brill bargin - we got tons of new dec's too, as I'd given them all to the charity shop in the new year {new house new tree/dec's}, any way if you can handle leaving it till the second weekend 9/10, then after they reduced them, scarred they'll get left with them till next year.
Happy shopping0
