If you want to off load it, give it away to someone who will appreciate it. (Or reduce the asking price with the EA so that that someone can afford to buy it if you don't want to give it away
)
Using a quick-house-buy company is basically saying "I'll give away 30% (minimum) of what my house is worth to avoid the hassle of trying to sell it" and then (based on the tales on these boards) often ending up with just as much if not more hassle in the long run anyway.0 -
If you don't need to sell fast then just drop the asking price a bit and I'm sure you'll get a buyer.0
