New IVA proposal being worked on
Hi all.
I have just been in touch with my IP to explain my change in cirumstances. My husband & I are back together ans so instead of my mother trying to raise £19000 in 3rd party funds- I am now in the position to offer monthly contributions of approx £380 instead. As my HP will complete in june 2012 this figure will also be added monthly after this date. As a result my creditors will get a higher dividend- my IP is currently working on this.
I would just like to say a huge thanks to Charco for all of his advice- he has been great.
I now just have to wait to see if my creditors are willing to accept the variation of terms. And fingers crossed when they look at my new I&E they do not feel that I should up my contributions as I really would struggle.
I just feel relieved that things are moving again!
Good Luck to everyone arranging or in the middle of an IVA. And very well done to those who have completed theirs.:T
