Sorry if I'm being dense, but when I log in it says 'Stock coming soon' so does that mean even if I add it to my wishlist I probably won't get it Friday on offer?

It is out of stock until Friday, you can add it to your wish list and then move to the basket (at OOTW price) on Friday.

I bought the No7 nail varnish set as a 3 for 2 for my mum but I want to get her the S&G set on Friday instead. Can I just take the No7 set back and exchange it for the S&G set?

If you bought the nail varnish under a three for two offer then I doubt they would change it for the S&G set. When it goes on offer of the week it will not be 3 for 2.
Can you not return the nail varnish and exchange for another 3 for 2 item (as long as that was not your free item).

These totes are already on sale at Boots shop in Oxford (15th Dec), not from 17th December as quoted in the main MSE page. If they are going to sell quickly, they may run out before the date the offer is to start!

I went to Boots today and investigated - it does look rather lovely, but when I opened it up to have a look inside, it seemed a bit of a let down. Mainly because the totebag and box are so huge that the contents look small in comparison. It would look better, but not so "green" if they padded it out with tissue paper. But well worth £25.
