I got the pink palette...At the end of the mag it mentions the walk in thing..can't remember what now but apparently she said that was the mini makeover..The makeover was just foundation, mascara and eye cream..a mini one...Still boots and debenhams said they won't just hand them out you get one free after a mini makeover thingy....michica wrote:i went to house of fraser, debenhams and boots in milton keynes today. noone of them actually asked me to have a makeover at all. my excuse was going to be- um no thanks, i want to detox my skin for the next few days. for boots and debenhams, they didnt even take my voucher?
so i guess i will go another time soon to redeem 2 more... hehee great pressie!!!
the only down side is that non of them had the I Can't Hair A Word You're Saying- pink palette.

i feel a mini makeover in an exchange with a palette is very fair, some SAs probably are just doing their job properly, when some just dont bother... it depends which one u goto i think. anyways its quite strange that all 3 stores ran out of pink one, so ur lucky...
anyways, good luck everyone and big thanks to katchambers who put this up!0 -
Just got mine after mini makeover.
Felt compelled to buy so got Dr Feelgood that I'd thought of getting anyway.
Lovely stuff!0 -

Hi
On Thursday, I ran around in my lunch time to get 2 of these palates. Wish I knew about the Closer voucher at the time.
In Leeds I went to Hof ( an assistant from another counter came to give me the freebie ) they were in a drawer and are being given away as they are old stock.
In Debenhams the woman told me at first that I couldn’t have one as the promotional letter they got from head office said that there would be a voucher to scan in not just a page from the magazine.
After she made a bit of a big deal about it and made me write down my details so that she could contact me later, she caved and gave me it anyway :-)
No one made me have a make over.
I got the peach one and pink one, couldn’t be bothered with a trip to boots to buy another copy and get the brown palate.0 -
Darn, I was told in Boots and Debenhams that I needed to have a make over

Edited to add: in order to get the freebie, not because I looked a state
