    Did you read any of my posts?

    The traffic was merging. I merged because there was a gap and a bloke in a white van, on the phone, drove into the side of me.

    I'm wasting my time here. This is only my second thread on this forum but I have already come to the conclusion that it's just not worth asking you questions.

    To answer your original question, if you read your policy conditions you will have agreed to let your insurer deal with claims against you as they think fit.

    Insurers will always take the most economical way to deal with claims.

    Chill dude, this is what happen's on here..... One day you could post this and have great advice, another day your unlucky enough to catch a troll and boom it all goes to !!!!!! because people jump on the bandwagon and simply agree with the crowd.
