You mention police driving in accordance with their training. Please tell us about that, how should he have been driving?

im glad you have donned me with a plastic sherrifs badge rather than the rusty variety lol
im just saying that an unmarked police car, if driving to their training wouldnt have been in that lane as they are super drivers and he would have known to get in the hard shoulder where he had an option to avoid the massive traffic jam that was infront of him
