Walking my dog in the snow

My dog absolutely loves the snow but the problem for the past few days is that it has got extremely cold (its -15c today) and although I need to walk my dog for him to do his business I feel extremely guilty because his paws are freezing.
It breaks my heart to see him limping and standing on 3 paws to let one have a break.
Just wondering if there is any suggestions to make him more comfortable while walking? I have heard about boots for dogs. Does anyone know where I can get some from?
Thanks for your help

Mittens? That's what we did for mutt when she needed padding after her foot op - got some small children's ones and they stayed on fine. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
