Anyone else think that this "new website" is pretty much the old one with the pictures moved around a bit. And the internet banking is still the same. Would be very interested as a customer to know how much they spent doing it. As someone who works in IT i can safely say it would have took 1 hour at the most to complete.

While the changes aren't major, it has made the layout a bit clear and modernised it a tad which is perhaps a bit overdue! Don't think there is much more that needs to be done (it is certainly on par with other banking sites) so I don't really see why it matters how long it took to complete.0
