  • Morning Doomcow and all that follow.

Minus 16!! Bloody hell, it's -2 here and I'm talking about the office as our heating has packed up.

A fairly quiet day for me today, I hope. Though it's too early in the day to tell!

    Lots of love,

    Morning!
Been below -12 overnight here, heating became dysfunctional so called the engineer only to have them send the gas network people round to !!!! down my system.
So now freezing in my house with engineer visit due tomorrow.

Just when things were looking up spend wise, there is going to have to be spending done to prevent this from happening again.

    Nightmare!

    Morning all.

Hugs Katsu, hope you feel better soon.

Susi, don't worry about the expense, keeping warm in this weather's far more of a priority.

The weather's not too bad here, clear skies. Looks cold though.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Hugs Katsu. You poor thing, I hope you feel better.

Anyway the OH has handed in his notice in his current job and has got his old job back! Jammy dodger! Only downside is he's leaving in the next week, so Christmas at the olds again.

Hi Katsu, hope you are feeling a bit better today. I know you are upset and that your car is precious to you, but thankfully you are all in one piece and you are even more precious to all of us!! :j:j:j

Your DB was very worried and upset when I told him, but he has mislaid his phone (yes, again!!!) so can't ring you just yet. He asked me to tell you he's thinking about you xx. I'm beginning to think that as a family we weren't just in the wrong queue when money was given out - we were in the wrong room!........wrong building.....wrong planet even!!! ;) DF sends love too xx.

Mum, tell DB I'm fine. All will be OK in the end, I just have the wierdest feeling in my neck - like when you are in a really cold draught and painful to move. I don't want to take painkillers incase I forget to be careful and hurt it worse!

DB drove into hedges when younger so he should know all about it :D
