Like confused76 mentioned you can try the coop cashminder as they allow undischarged bankrupts online banking.

You can pay money and cheques into the post office and apply to have one opened over the phone. I never need to visit my branch.

your husband would be able to transfer money into the coop account too?
  • I opened a co op cashminder account a week before I went B/R -done and opened over the phone :) I still use the account and I have internet banking. My wages go in I pay bills direct debit. I would go and open an account asap to have your wages/Child benefit etc paid into.

Many Thanks for all your responses. I have opened a co-op cashminder account this afternoon. Just to go back to my original question, does anybody know what will happen though as I will not be in court and they don't have any contact telephone numbers. I am guessing the OR will write to me and ask me to contact him urgently???

The ORs office will contact you to arrange na appointment, should have an interview within 2 weeks. You will have to fill out a statement of affiars, they will go through it with you and then they take it from there. Post a SA up here and somebody will come along and help you filll it in good luck
If you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j
