I have had this happen a few times where I put enough stamps on, and I phoned them about it. I put 75p on a "large letter" with 2 PS2 games. They just assumed that I didn't put enough on there, because it "seemed to cheap" :rolleyes:




Don't worry, I won a DS lite from swapitshop, and after 17 days they sent it to me...
Surprised at their "quicker than normal" service, I opened the package to find none other than "A touch of frost Seasons 6-10" boxset :mad:

Now THAT is a joke.

Swapitshop haven't been giving the best "top-notch" service recently :rolleyes:

I agree with this swapits needs to sort its ship out and quick my children are both losing faith in this website due to its negative attude.

i agree i emailed swapits about something i had not recieved but they never replyed.i have recieved things that were not meant for me and they blame it on the people who send the swaps in but its mostly them! i bought something from them and had to extent it then out of nowwhere i checked my account and they had no record of it being there.they had cancel it without my permission without even telling me!

there has been a number of times when i hav sent things in and they have claimed i havnt added stamps e.t.c. when i have in fact.the number of times i have to extent swaps it puts u off buying frm evry1 jus in case u will be disapointed.
