Bee.com Duped Martin?

Email received at 11.13pm... checked the website at 11.25 for the £3 Toy Story 3... Out of stock!

I imagine they only had about 20 copies in the first place... still... a massive amount of free advertising to a company i've never heard of!

Or given that over 200000 people get that same email maybe you were just late.

If I have 12 minutes to buy something from receiving the email then i'm sorry but that's just ridiculous!

Just keep checking, they've been in stock quite a few times I ordered one and it was delivered yesterday, obviously the amount of people knowing about the offer isn't helping but that's not exactly bee.com's fault, if the code stops working before you manage to get one £7.99 is still one of the cheapest prices around.

    £7.99 though!
  • It was on MSE well before the email. I ordered mine about 5 minutes after I saw it on the Grabbit board.

A lot ordered on 07/12 at around 17.00 so well before Martin's e-mail and, like many, the DVD (Shrek 4) I ordered was in stock and now in my house.
  • I ordered Shutter Island on Blu-Ray for £2.99 - and got it. So it's not one massive con. Bear in mind, it was also on HotUkDeals so there was bound to be some heavy demand.
  • I ordered it. Arrived today. Didn't use the discount voucher but it was still the cheapest on the web.

Shock horror - new website (probably with a tight credit credit limit) tries to sell stuff cheaper than its competitors. And still gets criticised for it.

I don't think you have understood how limited stock works.

This website isn't connected. It was promoted in a weekly email. Get it now?
