DVD RECORDERS -Reviews & Best Prices

  • I had a Mustek R100LB DVD recorder previously. The biggest pile of junk I ever had the misfortune to part with £110 for. In the end I gave it away for nothing having had it for less than 12 months.

Judging by their digital cameras I'd say that Mustek also make Goodmans stuff so again I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I picked up a Panasonic ES10 for just under £80 from Argos a few months back though and have to say that I've been absolutely delighted with it (the picture quality is excellent). The fact that it's also DVD RAM compatible meaning that I can start viewing a programme that I'm still recording is an added bonus.

Maybe the OP was just a bit unfortunate with their refurbished model......
