Shares in a disolved company....

.....I take it these are worthless? I just found certificates for a shareholding in Calluna plc (SC151708) which was wound up last year. Am I correct in thinking that all I've got to show for this investment are some fancy looking but ultimately worthless share certificates?

    Yes, unfortunately they are worthless. Remember Rodime, another scottish disk maker. Seems to be a thing up there in sunny Scotland. Not recommending this - but you might send Alan Bates a nasty letter or a couple of thousand.

    Thanks all - wasnt optimistic!! Like the nasty letter idea - have several worthless pieces of paper I could draft something pointed on....:rolleyes:
