On average how long does it take? Cosnidering they want my money i thought it would be alot quicker.
Is there anyway of checking with the DVLA that one has been requested?0 -
An NTO will be issued if the Penalty has not been paid within 28 days. I would have thought the RK would receive the NTO within 14 days of the non payment. However as stated there is no limit. Although if one arrives after 6 months you have a right to appeal on the time scale alone.
If one does arrive you will then be given the opportunity to pay the reduced amount or appeal.
You have not said why you are expecting one, but it is an NTO you are expecting and not a NIP! A NIP is different in that it has to be processed within 14 days of the offence.
Not sure if DVLA will tell you.0 -
I'm expecting one as I recieved a PCN. I have gone through the informal reps stage. And it has been over a month. waiting for the NtO so I can appeal again0
