hello
I'm gonig to rent a flat however the company are going to do credit search i'm not in any big debt and have just cleared all my debt however i have been over drawn a couple of time with my bank will this go against me or they just looking for CCJ and ban rupt?

I'd say it is probably fine. Are you renting alone or with someone else?

i'm renting with my OH have u got any advice on what we need to look for or things to expect when renting.0 -

No seriously, take your time, do research on rightmove etc.
Be aware the the letting agents work for the landlord, don't have to be qualified and will probably try to screw you over.
Ask for advice on here when you're not sure.0
