2. Winner can choose own date of travel (subject to availability).
3. Cabin grade at the discression of Viking River Cruises.
4. The closing date is 27 February 2011.
5. The winner will be the first valid and correct entry drawn (the 'Prize Winner'). The Judge’s decision is final.
6. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding employees of the V&A and Viking River Cruises and their affiliates, agents and any person professionally connected with the competition).
7. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
8. A visa is required for entry to China. The Prize Winner will be responsible for supplying valid passports and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
9. The Promoter and Prize Provider cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights or hotel bookings.
10. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to be present at the appointed times and places. If the Prize Winner is not present for any reason or arrives late at any stage, they will forfeit their prize.
11. Any person suspected of cheating, acting dishonestly or fraudulently in the opinion of the Promoter will be excluded from the competition.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable
14. No correspondence will be entered into.
