Advice on which laptop as these can be ordered over the phone next day delivery!

As some of you may know I have power probs on this sabotaged/infected laptop, and it's losing power so quickly that I cannot aford to do the linux thing Gonzo recommended without risking not getting change to back up things from here (to an eternal H/D) before all power is gone. I noticed by looking on Comet website that they'll accept phone orders and if I order tonight or tomorrow early they do next day delivery.
I play a lot of progs from laptop to TV which I would like to do wirelessly. I want wireless net connection in built, and at the moment I do listen to music sometimeson it, but this is because I've no other means at the mo and that could change in the new year. My TV's are Samsung and LG decent models 1yr old. I edit photo's but it wouldn't be used for gaming. Any webcam is a bonus, but I have a new one anyway.
If I post the options can everyone 'in the know' with regard processor speed, memory and all the more upto date things please leave me feedback. I can only get online for 10 mins at a time so if I do not respond immediately this is why, I am quite desperate for help and have literally just put in next day delivery laptop for upto £400 on the comet website which has given me 9 to choose from.
I have given up on all other avenues due to time restrictions and increased failure of this sabotaged laptop, so it's not about going through discount sites etc now, it's basic neccessity.
Anyone who doesn't mind taking a look can either put the same criteria in as me (mentioned above) on comet website or choose from the 9 I will try to post up here.
Please could helpers choose a 1st and 2nd with a frank reason for choice and/or posotive/negatives as if some are out of stock when I come to order I may have to make a last minute decision.
I may not have time to check the Dell website before my power drops too low, but if they do a phone ordering service and fast delivery I am open to buying from them or any other reliable brands who will take phone orders and deliver quickly.
I have had hell with my wreless HP printer scanner copier fax & customer services weren't very good I had probs with the same brand before so am a tad wary.
I would ideally like to have mad a decision by 11-12 tomorrow as I have a health appt in the afternoon which will take me over the next day delivery times/
There are 9 showing but I have posted up 8 as one is web only. I will hopefully get a chance torest this laptop after posting this message and then can go back on their site to read customer Q&A's and reviews.

In addition please look at this AT CURRYS (if I can get my stepdad to collect from Herts for me if in stock they have this which I liked-although my sabotaged one's the same make it was second hand off ebay and has been good apart from getting ridicuously hot). So all opinions on this gratefully received too as I have some tests on Monday and he may be accompanying me to the hospital).

Thank you to everyone who's been so understanding and helpful along the way. I must try to resolve this swiftly as due to restricted ability to get out at the moment, I order most things online due to my current circumstances.
I'd like a laptop to last and could go to £450 if there was a much better option available to me.
Thank you for your time
Cheers all :A

I bought an HP G56 105SA from the dreaded PC world last week and (with part ex) - it only cost me £229 - it is not the fastest machine on the block but appears pretty well put together and is the same cost as a "NETBOOK" and has a 250Gb harddisk, 2Gb RAM and a excellent battery life (6 hours)

The 329 or the 339 ones are fine. Spend extra £40 if you feel you really need to.0

Hi,
Thanks for that very sound advice, however, although part of the importance is to save the stuff from this semi broke laptop before it croaks completely, I will be buying an external portable h/d to store things from here. My main problem is that my daughter dropped my other newer laptop whilst my 500gig seagate freeagent was plugged into it-the same day my desktop H/D conked out. Hence I need a new laptop to get online desperately as I have health problems at the moment which means I am particularly reliant on the internet more than ever..........especially at this time of year
Thank you for your input, and also to everyone else.
I haven't been able toget anything sorted out due to being unexpectedly unwell the past couple of days, however I have noticed there have been further reductions/extra models available in Comet's latest advertising campaign.
I will look up the recommended models already given the thumbs up on this thread (thank you to everyone who has helped) but also wondered if in the meantime there was more feedback on the following. I don't want to deliberate for too long due to stock availabilty.
Comet's compare facility leaves a lot to be desired (sorry Matt) and they are very light on spec so I'm going to have to look up the spec on alternative websites which isn't great when on some sites you can compare exact spec off side by side in checkboxes.
Also can anyone tell me how to ensure that the laptop has the capacity to connect up wirelessly to my TV which I think is what Matt from Comet refers back to from the preferences I mentioned in my original post ("This model can also connect to a wireless 802.11b/g network as you have pointed out.")

Have checked out the Asus X5DIJ-SX536V which is also on offer at the mo, and thanks Matt it seems just the job. I'm off to place my order now - hooray! At last!
Really appreciate that pointer, thanks to everyone who's guided me along the way
