Wealthy woman, I really recommend doing ebay! I've earned so much cash from it. I'm not going to lie, it does get a bit tedious and boring wrapping all the parcels up and realising you only got £20 for it but all those £20's add up and help towards you total.

Are car boots worth it? I'm going to try one on Saturday/Sunday and I'm not really sure whether to bother. A lot of people at work have said that its hard work and I might not even make my pitch money (and petrol money I guess!)....?

£58.77 paid in to my bank account today from cashback site and just sent a DTD receipt to Tesco.
  • hi everyone,
things seem to have slowed down a bit for me , the only thing to report is cashback of £25 which I banked in my christmas fund. The cakes are still ticking over nicely but I dont get to count most of that as it gets reinvested to grow the business . I really need to up my game a bit , but its hard to find the time with a full time job taking up 45 hrs a week , trying to grow my own veg (talking to someone about landshare as well now) , running my business baking cakes and trying to make sure i get a walk at least 3 times a week .

Whoo-hoo! Sold my wedding dress yesterday for £150, which I'm counting as all profit as it was just sitting there doing nothing. I also did some more mystery shopping and cashed out of vivatic at £10 again, although I'll only count them when they hit the bank account.

Hi where did you sell your wedding dress and how old is it. I have one which is 11 years old which I would love to sell but thought maybe it wouldn't sell as it has a tiny pull in the fabric on the skirt ?

It's a nice day out, but it really does depend on the day/how many people turn up/what you've got. I'd recommend if your got any books putting them into a box and saying "20/30p a book" or something. good luck if you decide to do it! xx

Hiya, I sold it to someone who is a big Doctor Who fan, as it is the same design as the one that Amy wore - she found me on a forum and contacted me herself.
Goal = £9,000 in 2011, starting in March
    Current total - £779 banked by 09/04/11
Also growing, scrimping and crafting to not need as much in the first place!

    Hi Fredula,

Double the difference, Mr T's price "war" with Asda. Goods that are cheaper at Asda, but you bought from Tesco, Mr T has offered to pay double the difference! Not everything is comparable but for a list of current hot buys heres a link :D
