    Hello,

Well I've been scouring the house looking for things to sell on ebay and have come up with a 3 man tent and 2 bottles of whisky. I was just wondering if anyone has ever sold alcohol on ebay before? How do you know the person buying it is 18?

    Thanks

You can't sell alcohol on eBay. Its in their T&C's. You can sell empty bottles but not the alcohol.
  • Hello all!

Ive had such a rubbish day! OH crashed his car just before crimbo and its likely that its going to get written off,all thanks to some lady who carried on going even though she should have stopped and OH was told he was liable so we have the excess to pay. I feel so un-motivated now.

I took some pictures to list more of my handmade goodies on folksy/etsy/ebay so i will probably list them on sunday as the car boot sale is defanitly off now :o Might take a day off next week to ebay everything else and start thinking of other ways to hit my £11k target once everything else is sold!
    ;)

    Good afternoon all.
Another NSD day today for me. Daughter is still off school poorly although definitely on the better side today. Have to deliver a Nappy Cake this afternoon if the lady is in & return a DVD to the library. Have meals in the freezer enough to last 3 - 4 days, so no extra food required on those days.

Have 1 watcher on one of the items I listed on eBay - still 4 days to go, though.

So far my total looks like this:
Petrol saved from not doing the school run: £20.80 (ridiculously uneconomic car - we're looking to change it)
    Nappy Cake - £30
    Tax Rebate - £1,061
    Cat Food Changeover - £10.44

    Total: £1,122.24

So a fair way to go, but it's a good start. :)
  • Well - I have had my first eBay sale confirmed of the year - that will spur me on to load quite a bit more to the site! I have also started doing surveys so while it may not equate to much and will no doubt not make me a fortune it is all heading in the right direction!
Well lets see - I dip in and out of MSE all the time but I still come back - have done since 2007!!!

Yay, just reached £40 in Onepoll. I won't count it till I get the money. Also had a refund from something I bought in November and it broke. £80.98 gone into the account. £106.12/£11000

Woohoo. A few weeks ago I done a survey via a beauty blog about this powder thats meant to be absolutley amazing for acne. 2 days ago I received an email saying I had won 30 days supply. Got it today. Its worth £50 so I'm quite chuffed.

I was actually thinking of starting a beauty blog, I love make up and stuff and I'd be able to do a before and after shot using this powder. Hmmm?

well done Nikki, go for it with the blog
