JSA Advice - what a mess!

Turn your back for a moment and all of a sudden my post goes mad!
What a crying shame, that in times like this the JSA are staffed by people who can only do 1/5th of a job!
I think I have my claim sorted, "closed in error"! Got an appointment with the JC+office, and explained, happily, what was going on! The guy I saw seemed to be an "old hat" who knew the system inside out, a rare breed indeed! He took a tour of the office, visiting all of the people that had handled my claim, and came back to me with an apology, and quietly advised that I should write a letter of complaint to the manager, demanding a response in 3 days, as is dictated by the Social Security Act!
I also spoke to the Claim Processing place in Stockton whilst I was there, and was explained to that "we only have 100 staff, and have had over 6000 calls" and all this before 2.00pm!0 -
