Don't sign anything yet. This sounds dubious. Its best to go with an IVA company that charge a small fee throughout the life of the IVA rather than one that charges all the fees upfront. If you run into difficulty there's no incentive for the latter to help and the IVA may fail and can result in bankruptcy.

Sounds dodge city!
speak to another company... you shouldn't be paying an up front fee anyway (I'm assuming that's what the £600 is, rather than they changed their minds and thought that you'd now pay more than twice the amount you originally agreed every month).
I'd also be worried about a company that gets things soooo wrong in the first place... a small mistake or a typo or even a transposition error ok but double debts and a document bearing no resemblance to a recent phone interview you had.... does not bode well for a five or six year relationship you would be having with this crowd!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
