Hello all
I had a cancellation too for guitar hero 3! Was gutted because thought it was a steal!!!
Wonder what was up with the suppliers?! sounds suspect if its across all the consoles/games!

It happened to me a few months back, they couldn't explain themselves. I got the confirm then cancel emails within minutes of each other. I'm still waiting for a reply. Hope you get a response.

I got an email today saying mines were in the post - but I noticed from my bank that they have taken more money from my account - need to wait 'till Monday now to sort it out! not a happy bunny
shame on you sainsbury - also did not get to use my evoucher as it said the code was invalid when trying to add it to my basket - have written a letter of complaint!

seems sainsburys are cancelling all orders as my other half ordered an xbox game and he to has had a cancellation email poor service for the entertainment dept that have not been up and running long:(

To be fair, this isn't Sainsbury's fault as such, they have merely allowed a Guernsey based company use their branding. But, Sainbury's are responsible for the actions of anyone they license, so I'd suggest that compaints to head office could help provide a cross channel kick in the !!!! for MBL Entertainment, the actual company you are dealing with.
