It's not really debenhams' fault tbh. It's a sale, so there are only limited amounts. I know it's frustrating but it's just first come first served.

Its not on like! when you think about it, if you had your shopping basket in your hand walking round a shop then the things in your basket are yours until you decide to pay for them, the same should happen on web sites:mad:

managed to get a pair of earrings for my gran, tried to get a leather travel clock for my brother but is now oos.

seriously though most of is just thongs and tat, im not a fan of debenhams due to their long delivery and poor customer service, but i was glad to get a bargain

I have found Debenhams absolutely marvellous this year. They always deliver two days afer I have ordered and I have had some lovely stuff. I am very happy.

Just sick of the website, it's always so slow whether the sale is on or not. Good luck to everyone else though, I just haven't got the patience for it. I think you should have 30 mins grace when you add things to your basket...you know like when you shop with ocado, they'll honour your delivery slot for a while whilst you shop, well Debenhams should honour your basket for a short time to give you a chance to check out, otherwise you find you're left disappointed. Just a thought! Xx
