Such an annoying website at times. Often find you get through then everything you want is either out of stock or the page is just refreshing all the time .

URGH! well I had ordered the Jasper Conran Flower set, I went through the payment process and to the secure bank part, then it came up with "generic error: sorry you are having problems accessing our site" so I went back and my basket was still full so checked out again (on the advice of Debenhams Customer Service) and have no generated ONE order but been charged twice... And Debenhams have lost the first payment in a cyber void somewhere and don't even recognise its gone!
Now have to provide evidence/bank statements to prove it, an awful lot of effort for a blooming bargain!!

But still very pleased, just slightly irritating!
