I used this site last week to order The Princess Diaries and Jungle Book on DVD. I had a problem getting my payment to go through so I rang them and they were really helpful, sorted the problem and called me back when they said they would. They also sent me an E mail fairly quickly to say that Jungle Book was OOS and refunded my bank account straight away. I didn't have to chase them up again or anything and The Princess Diaries DVD arrived very quickly. I've just ordered the Cheryl Cole CD using the discount code so will wait to see if or when it arrives but like I said they were really helpful when I had to contact them last week .

mine rejected payment on 2 cards... I know I not very moneysaving due to this site but not totally cleared out yet!!!

It rejected one of my cards 'silly sausage', luckily I had another one. It seems to be the one that does not have the verification facility on it with me, not sure if that is the same for you?

Oh thank goodness for that, it wasn't just me then, thought I'd maxed out my card. I know I've gone a bit spend crazy this last week but really panicked when my card was declined!!!! It hasn't got verification on my mastercard so that ties in with what you said twinklyeys.

Paid with my bank card and went through thankfully.

Finally managed to order Shrek for £4.99 as Toy Story 3 was out of stock. Took voucher and card payment first time. It was a verified by visa card.
