27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

It may be cheaper to buy a boxset like I have just done. I wanted to buy Titanic and was lot cheaper to but it as a set with The Devil Wears Prada and In Her Shoes included for £2.99 using code! Saved on buying it alone and got 2 dvds with it very happy!0

It did that to me too because I used the same card for payment shame, it would have been nice to buy something for both the kiddies, happy with the peppa pig christmas dvd for £1.99 though :xmastree:0 -
Thanks OP great offer. Managed to get my dad a Fishing DVD that he wanted that was £10 at our local fishing shop - they had it on bee for £4.99 (I couldn't believe they had the dvd let alone for half the price!) so got that and the Winnie the Pooh DVD 99p so it came to £5.98 minus the fiver so paid 98p for 2 dvds!
