Hi all depends if solicitor has rest of documentation.
Once he has searches, contract and title documnents, he should within 7 days be able to report to you on title and ask you to sign the contracts.0 -
Our solicitor told us she could send us the contract and report many weeks before we actually rec'd it.
But she was waiting on the other solicitors to complete their additional enquiries and it took them 3 weeks!!!
Phone your solicitor to find out what the hold up is.0
