if your internet connection is still okay, download, save, then run hitman pro - save it to desktop, then hold down the CTRL key when you double-click on it to start it. It's a quick scanner, cloud(internet)-based product. Do this, then let us know the results. It may sort them, or you may need to run combofix...

p.s. spybot has some good features, like the Immunise one. BUT - turn off the Tea Timer function, it's a pain and can conflict and slow systems down. Go into Resident (on the main spybot screen) and untick the Tea timer box.

A point not made often enough.

Tea Timer is a pain, but the Immunise feature is useful in locking off the Hosts file.

In fact, I couldn't see why I was having trouble editing a Hosts file until it dawned on me that Spybot was installed. :o

Many of the infected PCs on this forum have had their Hosts file compromised in some way.

I always install Spybot on mine and friends machines.
    Move along, nothing to see.

sorry didn't notice that you had ccleaner already, tick the java box and run it (not sure if the java cleaning bit is working on w7 yet, but it will do no harm), and clear out the cache manually as above
