I sent mine 30th Nov and yesterday STILL had not received it"!!! so i had to FAX them 4 times my entry and receipt....which they Finally confirmed they had recevied!"!!

Are you supposed to get a confirmation email? I sent mine in on the 24th which was received by them on the 25th. I have emailed them cos I thought it would be sent out fairly quickly and they said that my prize claim has not been validated and will take 30 days from when it is validated.
Has yours been validated?

the T&c's say they will contact you when they are going to dispatch

I called to make sure they received my posted Claim which they said they had not 8 days after sending as you have 30 days to Claim

So i had to Fax it accross to them and yesterday they said it will be sent for validation so now i just wait does say upto 30 days so that would make my due date 7th Jan 2011

Just phoned as i sent mine on wednesday but their systems are down, so she's gonna give a phone back, thanks for heads up and well done too!!

They told me that it was 30 days from validation but no time limit on validating entries so it could be any amount of time???
Mine hasn't been validated yet and they have had it for over 2 weeks which I don't understand as they only have to validate a maximum 7 per week???
