Can I get a refund on a Greenline coach ticket?

Hi guys,
I've purchased a return ticket to Luton Airport from central London for a couple of weeks time with Greenline.
My plans have changed and I no longer need the ticket and would like to get a refund.
I contacted Greenline and they told me to write a cover letter with the ticket and send it to them.
Before I do this I want to be clear on what my rights are and whether or not I'm entitled to a refund. I'd appreciate any help in clarifying my position.
Thanks.

i feel that you do not have any 'rights' so to speak, as it is you that chose to cancel the ticket, not them.
as to whether you will get a refund or not, will totally depend on the terms & conditions. some of the advance purchase discounted tickets are usually non refundable, but in all honesty i do not have any dealings with Greenline Coaches, so not sure how they work.
