Urgent please help

I have entered into a walking agreement with a bailiff over non domestic rates. I made a couple of payments late, They were made but a day or so late. Agreement reads paid on so and so date then weekly. Got a phone call today saying give over £155 or we are coming to take goods. Can they do this and what can I do?

Anna, are you elegible for small business rates relief (England) or small business bonus scheme (Scotland)?
I believe you need to apply for these.
