arrrgh you always get one don't ya!

.....Well at the moment I have 3 ......gggrrrrrrrr So annoyed!!

R s hole number 1 - I purchased a phone cover from a geezer in Hong Kong. I paid never received the item emailed them about 20,00000 times to no response. So the next step is a chargeback. Done this, they refunded and have now opened a NPB against me!! this transaction has taken a month and I now do not want to give them any money! I know all they have to do in a few days is close the claim and they will get their fees with a strike against me and probably a neg!! What can I do? I have replied to the NPB claim but there is no more I can do is there?

R s hole number 2 - buyer has bought 2 parcels from me and says she wants a refund cos 'none of the clothes fit her' I am very very accurate in my auctions, I list everything, every size etc!!

R s hole number 3 - well they come in 3's don't they? It could be between 2 other people at the moment so I will keep you posted!!

    1 - can't cos I will get a strike
2 - it is my sister I was selling stuff for (she is only 14) she needed a bit of money! A big bundle of clothes that went for 99p and cost £5.30 postage (I charged her £4.50 for postage so lost out anyway!), why are people so pinicky! IfI had bought clothes that are too small but are as stated I would say oh well thats what you get all I have lost is 99p and I could probably sell these decent named clothes ie river island, topshop, new look, next ...singularly and make more money that way!!!!

2nd - If you specified the size and had a comment saying that refunds would be not offered for people ordering the incorrect sized items, then I'd tell them where to go. Ebay isn't a high street store where you get to try it on before you buy and just return it if it doesn't fit. It's their problem, not yours!

If you do feel generious about taking a return, not only exclude the postage costs but also relisting fees and the fees you paid the first time too. They obviously have inconvienced you so should have to pay the extra fee amount in case you need list it again for a second time if it doesn't sell.

I specified the size in the auctions and am VERY accurate with my descriptions. Refunds would be not offered for people ordering the incorrect sized items as ebay isn't a high street store where you get to try it on before you buy and just return it if it doesn't fit. 13 items for 2.30 and you are complaining!? you could easily make more money to sell them seperately, Any refund would not include postage and would have fees deducted so would in fact be even less then £2.30 - despite explaining this to yourself I will not be giving a refund on this occasion. Thank you for your email

is this a bit harsh? I am annoyed at her really! but perhaps an 'outsider' can soften it for me!! probably getting a neg anyway!

Is this not a womans problem. A friend's wife said she was size 10, Ireckon she was a size 14 and expanding. She wasmoaning she couldn't get anything to fit...LOL

Ask her if the sizes were not as sdvertised and see what she says. Then tell her to get stuffed!

I'd stand firm and def not give any refund and tell her where to go. You did everything right and its their fault, not yours. If she negs you, just put polite response to it that goods were as described and clearly indicated. Any buyer would not be put off from such a neg as we all get them from people who somehow percieve they are in the right.
