Poorly hand is still playing up (I tried ignoring it for a couple of weeks, but it hasn't gone away) so I had the day off work and got it looked at. None the wiser, but I have to go for tests (how do you test a hand - it just hurts and doesn't work very well ??) next week. Back to work tomorrow though, wierd hand or no!

Really cold here, -6 on the thermometer outside, but this is the balmy south, and I know it is much worse in Scotland :eek:

Lazy day today, as I had a bad night with hurty hand last night, but I have:

Seen to chooks and dogs - I even got an egg, despite the sub zero temperatures (from chooks obviously, my dogs aren't as clever as all that :rotfl:)

Made a crumble with some plums from the vast stash I have in the freezer.

OH cooked supper while I popped out - roasted duck legs and roasted veg. It was very nice, but why no steamed veg with it as well (??) I should think myself lucky I got it cooked for me though

Posted a book sold on Amazon

Now sat in front of lovely fire, but off to bed in a minute I think!
