Does anyone know how I would estimate gas (heating & Hotwater) and elec (lights, cooker and appliances) bills for a 4 bed split level apartment in an old building energy rated high end of E (I know not green at all but it is lovely!) I need to make sure I can afford the bills before I sign. If anyone else lives in a house apartment simerla you thoughts would be appeciated.
Kind regards

Could you ask the previous owners/tenants? That would a hard one to estimate. It could be anything from £100 to £150 per month depending on so many things it may even be more or less. You said how many bedroms but how many people? Do you like it warm? Lots of gadgets? Do you use the dryer? Energy saving lights or traditional ones? Heating on 24/7 or an hour in the morning and a few in the evening?:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
