Converting to Buy to let mortgage - fees
Comments
-
Hi,
I've just obtained consent to let from Nat West - £100.
I totally agree that the banks are entitled to charge if the situation is becoming more of a risk for them.
However, in my case, I'm less risky than I was before! Moving into very secure family owned outright property so no other mortgage/rental costs to pay and its my only property.
If I was getting a mortgage on another house I'd be upping my rate, not just charging £100!!0
